Joshua is my new hero! He honestly gave me the best customer service experience I have ever had at Boost, and possibly anywhere. I am almost 50 years old, so he had surpassed a lot of people who have served me. He should be recognized as a superior employee of Boost Mobile. Please reward him as the star that he is. I will always remember his willingness to go the extra mile and save the day for me and my family.

This past Sunday 6/7/2026 I went in to this Boost Store and the Customer Service my Husband and I got was above average She gave us the best service possible did not stop till she got Absolutely everything done for us. We need more customer service as a young lady. I hope that her manager validates and appreciates her. We are an hour and a half away from the store and it’s the only one we wanna deal with person and if she’s there, there’s a plus always thank you so much for your service. You were absolutely amazing

Went to get service and port a number. The sales person misspelled my name and when I pointed it out she said I can call customer service. I told her she was the one who made the mistake and she should fix it and again she told me to call customer service. I was trying to use my own phone that was unlocked and she used the wrong imei that was locked. This ended in my old service being disconnected. She gave me a refund but I did not want a refund, I wanted service. My old company refused to turn my line back on because it was ported to boost already. Now I have to change my number AND lose out on my old service. She was extremely unprofessional when she rolled her eyes while on the phone with the manager to issue my refund. She offered no assistance or troubleshooting. She offered to call customer service with the previous customer but had no problem kicking me out the door with a loss.

I am definitely going to check out these new phones. I'm sure I'm due for an upgrade. I really like this store, and love the workers there. They take their time with me. They don't rush me because of others coming in. Well spoken, and understandable. They gve me exactly what I asked for and do not try to sell me something I'm not familiar with just for the sale. I trust Boost Mobil. I will be heading in there in fact, tomorrow. I hardly ever need a whole lot of money when I'm there. Sometimes I don't believe how long I've been in the store.
